Any cases where the quality score falls below the standards we set ourselves will be investigated. This feedback is escalated to the hospital’s senior management team. Every month our leadership team review these results and look at how we can continue to make our service the best it can be.
We’re sharing these results with you as we know we work in partnership with primary care vets. You place your trust in us to deliver first class care for your patients, so we want to demonstrate our commitment to quality extends beyond clinical procedures.
