Sophie Puzey

Anaesthesia Nurse

Sophie joined Cave Veterinary Specialists in 2018 from Quantock Veterinary Hospital where she started as an Animal Care Assistant and then a Student Veterinary Nurse and then as a qualified RVN. Before nursing, Sophie spent 8 years as a polo groom working between the UK and New Zealand. At work she enjoys anaesthesia and surgery.

When not at work, Sophie enjoys rowing and she rows for Taunton Rowing Club and is also a rowing coach at the club.  She has a five year old Patterdale terrier called Cola, a rescued and hand reared kitten called Archie and Eric, a tortoise found as a stray in Bridgwater and now lives in Sophie's garden!
