Josie was one of our first employees here at Cave Vets, she was promoted to deputy head nurse in 2012, Head Nurse in 2015 and manages our ever expanding nursing team. Josie qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2006, during her time in veterinary practice, Josie has worked with predominantly small animals, but has also worked with both equine and large animals. Since working at Cave Vets she has completed her Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency and Critical Care (Cert VN ECC) and completed her Level 5 in Leadership and Management Certificate (Cert VN ILML5). In June 2020 Josie was promoted to Business Relationship Manager.

At home, Josie owns a little Jack Russell called Cooper and two beautiful maine coons, Bentley and Jenson and two Shetland ponies Rosie and Jim. Away from work Josie enjoys running and spending time with her family.
