Kerry came here to Cave Vets after taking a break in her animal career to work as a Scuba Diving Instructor in Malta and Tenerife. Kerry has a BSc degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare and is a qualified Pet Bereavement Support Officer. Kerry has had many years experience within the animal industry, many of which were spent as an Animal Welfare Assistant and Volunteer Training and Development Coordinator at the Blue Cross and as an Animal Health Officer at Heathrow Animal Reception centre, working with both wild and domestic animals.
Kerry has a deep passion and commitment to animal welfare and a strong interest in canine behaviour and training and gained a lot of experience in this area whilst working at the Blue Cross.
Kerry's interests include scuba diving, snowboarding and speciality coffee. She owns a cat called Roland and her favourite breed of dog is a Greyhound, having worked with so many ex-racers, she completely fell in love with this breed for their gentle and laid back nature.
